I'm handicapped, I walk with a cane, not very far and I have to sit. My leg is visibly crooked. I walked in for an online order that I needed to pick up. It was a Saturday and the vet was in so it was obviously busy. A woman greeted me and asked for my last name. She went over to the lockers that had the pick up items. She turned a knob and another person got her attention. She went off to serve that customer and left me handing. Thankfully, there was a big wooden rocking chair. I sat down and waited for at least 10 minutes. I was getting up to find someone else to help me. She walked around the corner and saw me and apologize and had some dumb excuse about an aisle being congested. She COMPLETELY forgot about me. I was pissy. Then I got my order and 1 item was missing. There was no text or email to explain this to me. I had to go back the next day. I'll go to menards

I went in to do door dash and I asked 3 different workers for help and they ignored me and told me to hold on then another customer asked for help and they proceeded to help without a problem. I dont know if it was a race thing but it made me very upset
